Theme: Recent and Key Commercial Litigation Updates

Irish Rule of Law International (IRLI) is delighted to welcome you to its 2024 Annual Commercial Law Conference at the Distillery Building where Rossa Fanning, Attorney General will deliver the opening address.

This will be followed by an esteemed panel of speakers including two Senior Counsels and Senior Litigation Partners from Top Tier Commercial Law Firms including Kate Harnett (Of Counsel, A&L Goodbody) and be chaired by Justice Liam Kennedy.

The panel will provide updates on key and recent Commercial Litigation Updates including "The requirement that justice be administered in public" and "Aircraft lessor litigation in Ireland". Justice Liam Kennedy will also facilitate a Q&A after the panel discussion.

The conference will conclude with a wine reception after the panel concludes and this will offer an opportunity for solicitors and barristers to network.
